Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storylines with media buyers.
• Produce AI-generated video and image ads at scale.
• Build efficient workflows for content generation, review, and version control.
• Track creative performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
• Hire and lead content operators to scale production.
• Maintain consistent characters and brand identity across creatives.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 4+ years of performance creative experience, including 1+ year working daily with AI video and image tools.
• A portfolio of performance ads with measurable results.
• Experience building automated or scripted creative production workflows.
• Hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising, creative formats, hooks, and platform policies.
• Based in Cyprus or willing to work remotely.
