Auditor
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate Services, with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Auditor to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting with audit engagements and fieldwork, as well as reviewing financial records and supporting documents. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, who possess strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in the Audit field is desirable with ideally 1–3 years of relevant audit experience. You will need to have good knowledge of the Audit and Accounting principles and standards, and E-Soft and CaseWare knowledge will be considered as an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist
with audit engagements and fieldwork.
- Review
financial records and supporting documents.
- Perform
testing, reconciliations and audit procedures in accordance with the
applicable auditing standards.
- Prepare
clear working papers and document findings.
- Liaise
with clients to request financial information.
- Work
with the team to meet deadlines and standards.
- Demonstrate
strong analytical skills, attention to detail and professional integrity.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- An
audit qualification is not essential, but it would be considered an
advantage.
- 1–3
years of relevant audit experience.
- Good
knowledge of the Audit and Accounting principles and standards.
- Fluent
in English and Greek, oral and written.
- E-Soft and CaseWare knowledge is an advantage.
